Join us for an hour long presentation about best beekeeping practices in Northern Michigan from local beekeeper, Jim Anglewicz. He will discuss topics such as beekeeping history, how bees are managed today, products of the hive, the role of bees and other pollinators in today’s world, and the special challenges of keeping bees in Northern Michigan. We are inviting our Summer Reading Program participants to enjoy a show featuring a variety of live mammals, reptiles, and birds for an unforgettable experience!
